As a sales assistant, you will be a key person in our growing sales team. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the first customer contact to the completed deal.

You will work closely with our top salespeople, supporting them in everything from quote preparation and customer follow-up to administration and coordination.

💪 Your responsibilities

• Support our salespeople in their daily work with quotes, contracts, and customer follow-ups
• Ensure that customer data, documentation, and CRM are always up to date
• Handle incoming inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide quick feedback to customers
• Coordinate between sales, support, and delivery to create a smooth customer journey
• Help drive structure, pace, and quality throughout the sales organization
