At Storesupport by Job&Talent, we collaborate with some of Sweden's most well-known retail chains in the grocery sector – such as City Gross, ICA Maxi, Stora Coop, ICA Supermarket, and Willys – providing staffing for both urgent and planned needs. We are currently looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys a varied job in grocery stores. 

Job Responsibilities As a store employee, you will work with several of our clients around the Uppsala area. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in different stores and thus develop your skills in retail, sales, and customer service. The tasks vary depending on the assignment and may include cashier work, restocking, inventory, and other store duties.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role where you are the face of the store and customer contact is the focus. You have a professional and serious approach towards customers. You easily adapt to different work environments, take initiative, and work efficiently even in a fast-paced setting. Providing service comes naturally to you – you understand that customers are the most important people in the store and always strive to create a positive experience for them.

Requirements

• The position requires that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of another main occupation include studies at least part-time (50%), self-employment, part-time employment, being a retiree, or being an elite athlete. You will need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.

Employment Type 

As a part-time employee with us, you set your own availability week by week. The work is primarily scheduled for Monday to Friday during the day and averages two to four shifts per month, depending on need. Your schedule will consist of both planned and urgent shifts, which places high demands on your flexibility and availability.
