Job Responsibilities

As a store employee, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in the grocery sector in Nynäshamn and surrounding areas. Here, a dynamic and varied job awaits where you will have the chance to work in different stores and chains, giving you both broad and unique experiences. Your tasks may include helping customers at the checkout, stocking items, and inventorying. You will work in a flexible work environment where no day is like the other – each shift offers new challenges, opportunities, and experiences!

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You have excellent communication skills and can engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. When you work with our clients, you quickly find your role and act professionally. For you, service comes naturally, and you understand that customers are the most important people in the store, showing this by treating them professionally.

Requirements

  • To be employed in this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of another main occupation include studies at least half-time (50%), part-time employment, self-employment, retirement, or elite sports. You will need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.

Employment Type

As a part-time employee with us, you will enter your availability week by week. You should be able to work two to three days a week, primarily Monday to Friday during the day. Your schedule will consist of both planned and urgent shifts, which places high demands on your flexibility and availability.
