Alleima and the Nuclear production unit are looking for the next leader in the steam generator tube (SGT) unit in Sandviken. Your Role

As Flow Manager at SGT, you will have a broad role where you have formal personnel responsibility and act as the first-line manager responsible for people, machines, methods, and materials for the entire group. The assignment also includes being responsible for the unit's short- and long-term development of the machinery in terms of cost-effectiveness, productivity, work environment, safety, and quality.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading and developing the staff and operations and setting goals for the future.

• Being responsible for production results in both the short and long term.

• Ensuring compliance with laws and agreements.

• Establishing and following up on the budget for the operations.

• Working on continuous improvements regarding the group as well as the operations.

Furthermore, the role is part of the production management group for your area where you, together with other flow manager colleagues, HR, and the production line manager, have the opportunity to influence and have a significant impact within your department.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and a strong interest in working coaching with a group to drive their development forward. You have prior experience in production management, change management, and group development. Experience with Lean is considered an advantage for this role. Since we operate in a global environment, we expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, and to succeed in this role, it is essential that you have good leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate and create team spirit and engagement, as well as the willingness and courage to change. As a person, you are structured and systematic. To be successful in the role, you need to have the ability to plan with good foresight at a high level, as well as an eye for detail at the operational daily level.
