About the role We are looking for a sales manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our sales function. The role is both strategic and operational; you will lead and develop the team, but you can also take on direct sales responsibility if the team is under budget.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop sales strategies and processes, set goals and KPIs, and follow up on results.
  • Build, coach, and develop the team with a focus on engagement, accountability, and long-term team spirit.
  • Take operational responsibility and sell yourself when needed, which is seen as a natural part of the role.
  • Optimize CRM and workflows (we use Upsales, but experience with other systems is also valuable).
  • Contribute to future business areas and partnerships in consultation with the CEO.

About you

  • At least three years of documented experience in leading staff in practice.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you can both lead and be hands-on.
  • Social and unpretentious, builds culture, engagement, and team spirit.
  • Structured and data-driven, but also flexible and ready to act when the situation demands.
