Responsibilities As a supervisor in cleaning services, you will ensure that quality standards between XLNT and our customers are met. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, which means you monitor the quality of work, perform quality checks, and follow up according to routine.

Your tasks include scheduling staff, supporting your colleagues, participating in recruitment, planning periodic interventions, and ensuring delivery. You will also assist with other customer-related matters to maintain a high level of service and efficient operations.

Your responsibilities

Accountability for designated objects: You will be responsible for ensuring that the specific cleaning objects assigned to you meet the company’s quality and efficiency requirements. You ensure that all tasks are performed according to agreements and deliver results that meet both customer and company expectations.

Responsibility for relevant KPIs: You are responsible for monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for your area. This means continuously following up and reporting on performance to ensure that goals and quality standards are met.

Customer contact and quality checks: You will have regular contact with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our services deliver according to agreements. You conduct quality checks to maintain high standards and resolve any issues that arise.

Personnel responsibility for cleaners: You are responsible for a team of cleaners, including leading, supporting, and motivating them in their daily work. You ensure that the team works effectively and follows the company’s guidelines.

Training of staff: In consultation with the training manager, you will be responsible for training new staff and ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to perform their tasks professionally.

Recruitment of new staff: You will participate in the recruitment process to hire new staff for your objects, which includes participating in interviews and making selections to ensure the right people are hired.

Development of the business: Together with your colleagues, you will work to develop and improve the business. You contribute insights and suggestions to optimize work processes and enhance the quality of our services.

Ongoing administration: You are responsible for daily administration, including scheduling staff, managing work folders, and ensuring accurate information in our system regarding both customers and staff. This also means keeping all documents and records updated and correct.

Your background:

• You must have documented industry experience
• You must have a B driver's license
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Leadership experience from the service industry
• Leadership experience from the cleaning industry is a requirement
• Experience working with administration is an advantage
• Experience working in Tengella

You will work closely in a team with the remaining members of the organization and should therefore be a team player who understands the company’s mission and vision. It is important that we move in the same direction.
