We are now looking for a driven and committed sales intern who can support talent managers and client partners at Randstad. This is an important role where you will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and contribute directly to the company's success.

Our headquarters is located in Solna, but you will work across the entire Stockholm market.

Here you have the opportunity to develop your professional role as a salesperson and gain insight into what daily work looks like as a salesperson in the staffing industry today.

You will receive a dedicated mentor who supports you in your daily work.

You will have access to a large network of contacts and colleagues.

This opportunity could be a starting point for taking on other roles such as talent manager or client partner at Randstad.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will support the professionals team and contribute to an efficient daily routine. Your main tasks include:

  • Administrative support to salespeople and talent managers (e.g., prospecting and order placement).
  • Customer contact via phone and email, where you handle incoming inquiries.
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data and information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Coordination of meetings, presentations, and sales materials.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is currently studying and seeking an internship in Stockholm.

We prefer that you are a team player and enjoy working proactively. You are:

  • Structured and have the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on details.
  • Communicative with the ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.
  • Service-oriented and driven by helping colleagues and customers.
  • Proactive and see what needs to be done.

Requirements:

  • You are enrolled in a YH program or similar in sales (e.g., account manager B2B or key account manager).
  • Good computer skills and experience working with business systems and/or CRM systems.

Meritorious:

  • Experience from a similar role in sales or administration.
  • Previously worked as a consultant through staffing companies.
