About the company

ATAB Aluminium AB is a steel construction company located in Bålsta, just outside Stockholm. For over 30 years, they have supplied steel and aluminum for construction projects throughout Sweden. They are certified according to EN 1090-1 for load-bearing steel structures and have also developed a patented method for reducing electromagnetic radiation. Their projects are often both technically advanced and unique, providing employees with a varied and developing work environment.

About the position

As an assembler at ATAB, you will work on-site with customers and be responsible for assembling our steel and aluminum structures in various construction projects. You will be an important representative of the company and part of a skilled team that ensures our deliveries meet the highest quality standards.

You will be based in Bålsta, and the role involves traveling to different projects around Sweden where you will work closely with both colleagues and customers.

Examples of tasks;

• Assembling steel and aluminum structures on-site with customers

• Participating in projects of varying sizes and complexities throughout Sweden

• Contributing to ensure assembly is performed according to applicable quality and safety requirements

• Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining customer contact on-site

• Performing minor service and adjustments as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as an assembler in steel, metal, or construction structures

• Is proficient in reading blueprints and can work independently based on construction documents

• Holds a valid welding license and has experience with practical welding work

• Is meticulous, responsible, and has good problem-solving skills

• Enjoys a mobile work environment and is flexible for travel in the job

• Is a team player who can represent ATAB professionally with customers

• Holds a B driver's license (requirement)
