We are now looking for a car body repair technician to Hedin Automotive - BMW & Mini authorized workshop in Tyresö, southern Stockholm.

Main responsibilities as a car body repair technician

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, aligning, and replacing damaged body parts on passenger cars according to the manufacturer's specifications. You will work with disassembly, alignment, welding, and reassembly of sheet metal and other parts, both plastic and metal. The tasks will be carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Administration and documentation of completed repairs are included in the job responsibilities.

Experience and qualifications 

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a car body repair technician or equivalent in an automotive workshop. You have a good understanding of damage management and have significant experience with larger damage repairs and alignment work such as replacing rear fenders and sills, etc. Education in automotive technology is of course an advantage. A driving license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position. If you have certification in welding or other relevant skills, it is a plus.

Working hours and employment form

The position is full-time and permanent, starting by agreement. Work is conducted during daytime on weekdays with the possibility of extension and development within the company.
