Are you an experienced CNC operator looking for a new challenge? For a client in Skogås, an established company in advanced cutting machining, we at Randstad are now looking for you who want to work evening or night shifts. The company is a supplier of precision components in metal and plastic to customers in areas such as medical technology, defense, and aerospace.

About the position

As a CNC operator, you will work on manufacturing components where high demands are placed on accuracy and quality. You will work with modern, CNC-controlled machines that are often equipped with automation, such as robots and bar feeders. Your main tasks include operating and monitoring CNC machines, ensuring quality through measurements, and contributing to improvement work. The position is full-time. A training period during the day will be applied before you transition to permanent evening or night shifts.

Who are you?

We are looking for a self-driven, meticulous, and responsible CNC operator with practical skills, who is committed to delivering good quality and has a knack for collaboration.

You need to have several years of experience as a CNC operator with good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques, as well as proficiency in Swedish. It is also an advantage if you have education or experience in CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC-controlled milling machines or lathes.
• Manage and monitor automated processes.
• Perform measurements and quality controls according to drawing specifications.
• Contribute to order and continuous improvements in production.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience working as a CNC operator (milling and/or turning).
• Good ability to read drawings and use various measuring tools.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Education in CNC
• Experience in CNC programming
