The company has recently been awarded a new and extensive contract with the city of Helsingborg, which includes operational and maintenance work as well as maintenance projects in central urban areas – streets, squares, and public environments where quality and visibility are crucial. They are now looking for several team leaders who complement each other – someone with strength in green space maintenance and operations, and someone with more experience in service and landscaping work. Responsibilities

As a team leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and supporting employees in the daily work of operations and maintenance of Helsingborg's urban areas. You prepare for workdays, coordinate resources, and ensure that the work is carried out according to agreements, schedules, and quality requirements. You follow up on completed work, report deviations, and prepare documentation for invoicing. As a team leader, you are the contact person for both customers and subcontractors and contribute to long-term and trusting relationships. Together with the production manager, you ensure that operational and production plans are followed and actively participate in improvement work. The role may also involve the introduction of new employees, conducting risk assessments, and following up on workplace safety issues. On-call duty is included in the position according to a rotating schedule.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in leadership, from operations and maintenance contracts in park and street environments or from related industries
• Desirable with training such as hot work, chainsaw certification, and work on roads (APV)
• Good computer skills and digital competence
• Driver's license B
