We are now looking for a Junior Sourcing Support for an assignment with one of our clients in Jonsered, just outside Gothenburg. The role involves supporting the purchasing and sourcing function through administration, data quality, and communication with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. This assignment is an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop within purchasing and sourcing in an international environment.

• Coordinate requests for quotations (RFQ) to suppliers and follow up on these.

• Support Category Managers with administrative and sourcing-related tasks.

• Ensure that suppliers meet requirements regarding customs, sustainability, material compliance, and other criteria.

• Onboard new suppliers in master data and ERP systems.

• Maintain and update supplier data in systems, focusing on data quality and accuracy.

• Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods.

• Manage aftermarket purchasing.

Must-haves:

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with data.

• Experience working in master data or ERP systems.

• Experience in sourcing/purchasing or similar administrative roles.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

• Experience with supplier contacts or compliance issues.

• Previous work in an international organization.
