We are looking for a Consumer Care Specialist/Marketing Coordinator for one of our clients in the hygiene and health sector. In this consulting role, you will support the marketing team with customer inquiries, marketing projects, and e-commerce activities for six (6) months. The assignment starts in mid-October and involves a broad responsibility focused on enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the development of the club program! 

About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a varied and exciting everyday life where you become an important part of the marketing team. You will be responsible for handling consumer inquiries via email and ensuring they are answered quickly and accurately. A central part of the job is to brief and execute marketing and e-commerce activities and follow up on these to ensure high quality and effectiveness. You will also support the management and follow-up of coupons while being responsible for FC and ordering product samples for both consumers and hospitals. In addition, you actively contribute to developing and improving club programs and provide support in various administrative tasks and follow-ups that strengthen the team's collective work.

  • Handle consumer inquiries and administrative tasks, including follow-up.
  • Execute and follow up on marketing and e-commerce activities and support coupon management.
  • Be responsible for ordering product samples and contribute to the development of the club program.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • University degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or another equivalent qualification
  • Data-driven with an understanding of the digital world
  • Experience using Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk or similar) or loyalty platforms/CRM (e.g., Voyado or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience with loyalty clubs and/or e-commerce is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English are required
