With extreme precision and accuracy in advanced machining, we help our customers realize their ideas and create world-class products. The components we manufacture are often used in the medical technology industry and other demanding sectors where people's lives and health can be at stake if the products do not function optimally. We take on everything from comprehensive projects where we are involved from the idea stage to larger productions, as well as consulting in product development.

We perform cutting machining of challenging geometries and high customer requirements according to customer drawings, in metal and plastic. Manufacturing takes place in CNC-controlled machines with the latest technology, with automation such as robots, tool magazines/changers, bar feeders, and robotic arms.

At the customer site, you will work in a modern workshop with a fantastic atmosphere and friendly colleagues from all over the world.

What the Role Involves

The CNC operator on the evening or night shift takes over the running machines from the previous shift and keeps the processes going. Several machines are run in parallel where the operator monitors and controls the processes. The operator checks and measures produced parts according to the control plan. Measurement is performed with handheld measuring tools, measuring instruments, and in coordinate measuring machines, and the operator also documents the results.

We are looking for CNC operators for our lathe or milling department, on fixed day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts.

Working Hours for Evening and Night Shifts:

Evening Shift

Monday–Thursday: 15:00–23:00.
Friday: 15:00–22:00

Night Shift

Monday–Thursday: 22:45 to 07:15

Qualifications

Documented experience in cutting machining on lathes or milling machines is required.
Good Swedish in spoken and written form is required.
To fit into our team, you should have a collaborative spirit, a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks, and a willingness to learn and develop.

Meritorious:

Relevant CNC education is meritorious.
More than 3 years of experience in cutting machining of complex parts is meritorious.
Good knowledge of mechanical engineering, production technology, measurement technology, rigging, or programming of CNC machines is meritorious.
CAD/CAM education or experience

Employment

We are currently hiring for fixed-term employment with a fixed monthly salary.
Collective agreements are in place.
