We are now looking for a Temporary Residential Rental Agent for our team in Uppsala to continue creating a pleasant and secure living environment for our tenants. You will report to the area manager responsible for the Uppsala office and become an important part of a wonderful team.

In the role of Residential Rental Agent, you will have many personal contacts with our tenants and be the one who sells our properties to potential tenants. Your main tasks include:

• Queue management
• Preparation of rental agreements
• Publishing available apartments and parking spaces on our website
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Key management
• Documentation and other administration

The temporary position lasts for 12 months with immediate start.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in service and customer contacts. It is highly meritorious if you have experience in residential rental, preferably several years of experience, and have good knowledge of transfers, apartment exchanges, subletting, and contract writing. Studies in the real estate industry are also a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and customer contacts
• Meritorious with experience in residential rental
• Good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Structured and able to plan and prioritize your days
• Good social skills and responsiveness
• Clear communication and reliability
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious with knowledge of other languages
• Driving license B is a requirement
