About the role:

As a course leader with us, you will meet people from various backgrounds and interests in music. Your task will be to share your knowledge, inspire, and create a warm and learning environment where participants can develop.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience playing music – you can be trained or self-taught
• Has the desire and ability to share your knowledge with others
• Is pedagogical, inspiring, and flexible
• Has good language skills – languages other than Swedish are a merit
• Has an understanding of and preferably experience with different cultures
