We divide our stores into the following departments: Sports, Running and Training - Kids and Leisure - Outdoor and Hunting - Skis and Bicycles - Workshop - Warehouse and Logistics - Checkout.

We are looking for a combined salesperson for both the checkout and Leisure & Youth department. Until the end of the year, you will primarily work at the checkout, and then take on a larger role on the sales floor focusing on the Leisure & Youth department.

Checkout: Your tasks include greeting our guests at the checkout, creating sales through mechanical sales and short sales conversations. You are a salesperson in the store, which means you have tasks outside the more classical checkout work.

Leisure & Youth In the department, we value an interest in shoes and clothing as well as a sense of color and form. Experience in merchandising shoes and clothing is a merit. The department includes a large assortment of children's and junior clothing & shoes as well as leisure clothing and shoes for adults and running shoes.

In the role of salesperson, your most important purpose is to ensure that customers have a good shopping experience and are satisfied when they leave the store.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right products
• Unpack and display goods and contribute to keeping the department clean and tidy
• Contribute to the training of your colleagues
• Practice XXL's operational standards and follow applicable routines and guidelines

During the period from October to December, the working hours will be higher (60-70%) due to parental leave in the team.
