Mechanic at OKQ8 Car Workshop

We are now looking for a driven and curious mechanic to join our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically skilled, communicative, and of course, proud of your profession. When you work as a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need to have the ability to create long-term customer relationships. The position involves service, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks of most brands, as well as customer reception, cash handling, creating work orders, booking jobs, and handing over cars.

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• A burning interest in technology and vehicle mechanics
• Documented relevant education
• Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• A good customer service attitude

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have good collaboration skills, and can also work under pressure. You find it easy to understand new instructions, and we see it as a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service. A minimum of a B driver's license is required.

The position is a full-time role. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
