Service Technician – Umeå

We are currently seeking a Service Technician for a well-established and growing company specializing in technical solutions for water and environmental technology. The company is a market leader in its field and invests heavily in innovation, quality, and sustainable solutions. The position is based in Umeå, where you will primarily work. Travel is part of the role, with assignments potentially occurring in Norway, Dalarna, and Uppsala.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be the company's face to the customer, maintaining daily contact with clients. You will enjoy a free and independent working style with significant responsibility. You will operate out of your home daily and have access to a company car. You must provide your own parking space.

You will work with modern products and cutting-edge technical solutions. Naturally, you will receive all necessary product and system training required to succeed in this role.

• Troubleshooting

• Customer contact and advisory services

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, technically interested, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working independently and possess a strong service mindset, as the work is primarily performed at customer sites.

Experience in similar work is an asset, particularly within:

• Mechanics
• Fall protection
• Electrical systems
• General technical/handy work

We prefer that you have:

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment
• A strong technical interest and willingness to develop
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good teamwork skills and flexibility
• Class B Driver's License
