Job Description

The job involves operating and monitoring fully and semi-automatic machines that process metal or similar materials through various methods (e.g., turning, milling, welding, grinding, etc.). It also includes programming and adjusting computer-controlled machines, setting up and inspecting tools, as well as handling machines that shape or cut metal products.

Responsibilities:

• Follow production plans and quality and environmental management systems.
• Manage daily operations and operator maintenance, including planned and emergency stops.
• Keep the facility and premises clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in work rotation and production meetings.
• Promote a healthy work environment.
• Report errors, deficiencies, safety risks, and incidents.
• Participate in training and contact team leaders if uncertainties arise.
