We are looking for a meticulous and responsible warehouse worker who enjoys a physically demanding and varied job. Now you have the chance to become a key person in a small team at a company in Skarpnäck that is part of a global manufacturer of advanced paint and powder coatings for the automotive industry, among others.

As a warehouse worker, you will be involved in mixing paint, picking and packing orders, and operating forklifts. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last for 1.5 years. As a consultant, you will be employed by us at Randstad and then work at one of our clients. Responsibilities

In the role of warehouse worker, you will be an important part of the daily operations. Your main tasks will include:

• Paint Mixing: A central part of your role is to work in the paint mixing area where you mix and prepare paint according to specific recipes and customer orders.
• Order Management: You will be responsible for picking and packing orders with high precision and efficiency.
• Forklift Driving as needed, loading, unloading, and moving materials.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you meet the following requirements:

• Forklift license A+B
• Driving license B
• Previous experience in warehouse work is a requirement
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is strongly meritorious if you have previous experience working with paint mixing, especially if it is related to the automotive industry.

As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and have a positive attitude. You thrive in a small team where personal responsibility is required, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
