Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for driven machine operators for our client in Varberg. The work will involve monitoring and supplying machines with materials, as well as being responsible for the entire line to ensure the process runs as planned. Other tasks may include packaging, refilling materials, and warehouse work. You will work closely with other production colleagues but also need to be proactive and a problem solver.

Your Background

We prefer that you have:

Experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is a merit, but not a requirement)
A technical interest and a desire to learn new things
Experience in production (food industry experience is a plus)
Good Swedish language skills
Good physical ability
Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Availability to work shifts if needed.

Start: September/October Hours: Day Full-time.

You will be hired as a consultant for the client on a 6-month probationary period with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after the period ends.
