CNC Operator for Mechanical Workshop in Landvetter

Our client in Landvetter specializes in contract manufacturing within machining. They produce assembly-ready components in materials such as aluminum, plastic, stainless steel, and brass. About the Role

As a CNC operator, you will work independently on milling machines (and to some extent lathes) with series of up to approximately 1500 details. You will primarily program in MasterCAM, but the company also uses Solidworks and Fusion. The role involves significant personal responsibility and freedom in daily work, while collaborating and supporting each other in the team.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day with flexibility options.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
• Work with multi-axis machines and series production
• Ensure quality and dimensional control according to drawings
• Contribute flexibility in the workshop and support where needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in CNC machining, primarily milling
• Master MasterCAM and can program independently
• Has experience with multi-axis machines
• Has good reading skills for technical drawings and understanding of measurement technology
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and enjoys freedom with responsibility
• Extra plus if you also have CAD skills
