Zetterbergs Industri is now looking for skilled welders and a welding robot operator for its manufacturing department in Östervåla, just outside Uppsala. If you have previous work experience as a welder and have the ambition to continue developing in such a role in a family-oriented production, this could be an assignment for you! This is a consulting assignment initially for 6 months, with the possibility of direct employment with Zetterbergs after the hiring period.

As a welder or welding robot operator at Zetterbergs Industri, you will belong to the manufacturing department and together with your colleagues in the department, you will manage the daily operations and ensure that the production of the products maintains high quality.

Responsibilities

• As a welder, you will perform MIG/MAG welding according to drawings and specifications
• As a welding robot operator, you will manage and monitor the welding robot, programming and some manual welding is also included
• Reading drawings and quality control 
• Working with various metal materials and welding equipment

Qualifications

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have a welding education or equivalent, or work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience and knowledge in welding. If you have programming experience, it is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. If you have a forklift and/or overhead crane license and experience with the business system Monitor, we see it as a plus. It is also highly meritorious if you have experience as a welding robot operator and with RobotStudio. 

As a person, you are positive, quality-conscious, and meticulous. For you, it is a given to be a team player, and you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues as well as being able to work independently. Furthermore, you are a problem solver who enjoys facing new challenges. You should also be interested in improvement work and contribute to the development of the work.
