About the position

We are now looking for assemblers for a technology company north of Stockholm that works with high-quality products in electronics and precision mechanics. In this role, you will work practically with the assembly of components, following instructions and drawings.

You will be part of a team that focuses on quality, accuracy, efficiency, and you contribute to ensuring that production runs as smoothly as possible.

Examples of tasks:

- Assembly of technical and mechanical components.

- Carefully follow drawings and instructions.

- Quality checks during and after assembly.

- Packing and preparation for delivery.

- Contribute to the improvement of work methods.

Previous experience as an assembler is an advantage but not a requirement, we believe that the right personality and willingness to develop are the most important.

The position is full-time and involves work during daytime or 2-shift depending on the assignment.

You are solution-oriented and used to taking your own initiative if something doesn't work. If you also have a technical interest, you will quickly learn the tasks and tools in the role.

Requirements:

- Technical interest and willingness to learn new things.

- Swedish in speech and writing.

- Driver's license and access to a car.

- Ability to work shifts (day/evening).

Meritorious (but not required):

- Experience in assembly within electronics, technology, or industry.

- Knowledge of reading drawings or work instructions.

- Previous work in production, warehouse, or workshop.

- Experience in fine assembly, soldering, or ESD-safe environments.
