About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Karossan. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

About the company

Karossan Invest AB is today one of the country's leading specialists in vehicle fittings and constructions. They perform all kinds of assembly, welding, sheet metal, plastic, and painting work as well as electrical installations. The company started in 1944 as a carpentry shop with Scania as its largest customer – they simply built truck cabins out of wood. As the automotive industry progressed, Karossan also developed. More customers have joined, and the assignments have become broader and more complex.

Today, about 30 people work at Karossan, with operations based in Södertälje. Most of their assignments come through resellers or general agents. Among their customers are Mercedes, the Defense, the Police, Relacom, the Rescue Service, Swedish Volkswagen, Swedish Television, and Telia.

Job responsibilities

As an assembler at Karossan, you will work on the reconstruction of vehicles. Your tasks are varied and include assembly, wiring, and simpler service work. You will be part of a team where you work both independently and together with your colleagues to equip new vehicles. You will read electrical diagrams, drawings, and references and assemble based on them. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:45, and on Fridays 06:30–14:20.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on electricity/technology

• Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of electrical diagrams

• Experience in similar work as an electrician is an advantage

• You speak and write fluently in Swedish
