Your Role

Our goal at Åhléns is to be an experience-driven destination that makes a difference for the customer. As a Sales Associate with us, you play a key role in making this a reality. Your mission is to contribute to sales through active customer contact and provide service that exceeds customer expectations. You meet people every day and help create a customer experience that makes a difference!

Examples of tasks:

• To sell through active customer contact in accordance with Åhléns service concept
• To actively work with upselling through competitions and campaigns
• Ensure an inspiring and sales-driven store environment that creates the best customer experience

You will be part of a passionate team and work closely with other roles in the store, which may include Visual Merchandiser, Stock Clerk, Department Manager, or Sales Leader as well as Store Manager.

About the recruitment

The position is a 20-hour permanent employment. You will work according to a schedule that spans weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Working hours may vary between 08:00 and 19:15. We hope you can start with us as soon as possible.
