Operator role in industrial production in Mullsjö – Focus on precision and quality

In the role of operator, you will be part of a close-knit production team and responsible for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring the operation of machines. You will work both practically and administratively with varying tasks where quality, structure, and precision are crucial. Responsibilities – Industrial Operator/Machine Operator in Production

• Continuous monitoring of machines and automated production lines
• Control, adjustment, and basic programming of machines according to instructions
• Ongoing inspection of raw materials, processes, and finished products against quality requirements
• Troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and reporting of any deviations
• Documentation of work steps and quality assurance in accordance with applicable routines
• Collaboration with colleagues for efficient production and continuous improvements
• Actively contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment with a focus on continuous improvements

Requirements and qualifications for the operator role

• Experience in industrial work, machine handling, or a similar role is advantageous but not required
• You are meticulous, reliable, and quality-conscious
• Good habit of working according to clear instructions and safety regulations
• Willingness to learn new processes and take responsibility for following routines
• Good teamwork skills and communication in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

It is an additional advantage if you have worked in a similar industrial environment, have a forklift license, or have previously handled industrial machines.
