Your Tasks

• Contribute to Major Projects: Be part of our largest and most ambitious project, helping to plan and build it from the ground up.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze and enhance existing project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strengthen Project Control: Collaborate on refining project control mechanisms, focusing on time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Support Cross-Project Activities: Work across multiple projects, gaining exposure to diverse project management challenges and solutions.
• Create Impactful Deliverables: Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentation materials that inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Facilitate trans-sectoral collaboration to ensure alignment and progress across departments.

• Students in the field of economics, informatics or business administration and engineering
• Initial experience in project organization
• Advanced MS Office Skills
• Structured work style with good analytic skills
• Communication (English) and team skills
• Independent mode of operation in a goal and results-oriented manner
