About the Position

Are you interested in working both practically, administratively, and socially? Then the position of workshop administrator might be for you. The role of workshop administrator is a varied and fun job for those who have knowledge of and interest in cars. The tasks include advising mechanics regarding various car parts, planning and purchasing car parts, handling incoming goods, as well as administrative tasks such as invoicing customers. There is an ongoing dialogue with both suppliers and mechanics. The work takes place in close collaboration with the various roles in the workshop. The employees are happy and the atmosphere is great. You are offered the opportunity to develop at one of Sweden's most prominent companies in car sales that purchases cars of all possible brands. Therefore, you as a person have a broad knowledge of cars and car parts, as well as a desire to learn even more.

Your Profile

In order to succeed in the position of workshop administrator, we see that you:

Have previous experience working in a car workshop.
Have good computer skills.
Speak Swedish and English fluently.
Hold a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have:

Worked in spare parts systems before.
Worked as a car mechanic.

You as a person are:

Structured, organized, and meticulous.
Solution-oriented and driven by working at a fast pace.
Responsible and self-sufficient.
Technically inclined.
