About the position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that DHL Global Forwarding intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. Job responsibilities

In the role of air freight forwarder, your primary task is to ensure that customers' transportation needs are met efficiently. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, manage bookings, and ensure that transports are carried out on time and according to customer requirements. You are responsible for updating systems with accurate information, booking cost-effective transports, and proactively informing customers about delivery status, managing deviations, and suggesting solutions. Additionally, you will respond to price inquiries, handle upselling, and assist customers with climate compensation and insurance. The role also involves following up and analyzing reports that are communicated to customers. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will work with regular follow-ups and actively contribute to continuous improvements in a dynamic and solution-oriented environment.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Post-secondary education in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Work experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics
  • Experience in air freight forwarding is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, experience with CargoWise is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
