Job responsibilities
As a service technician, you have a central role where you work closely with our customers and ensure high quality in every assignment. You are responsible for performing service, maintenance, startups, and installation work in a professional manner and with a sales-oriented approach. An important part of the job is to accurately report and invoice service assignments and to work systematically in the company's IT systems. You are also responsible for contributing to quality work by reporting deficiencies and areas for improvement in the appropriate systems. The role also includes responsibility for managing your own spare parts inventory in an efficient and organized manner, where order and tidiness are a given. Travel days may occur within Sweden and sometimes abroad during the year.
- Perform service, maintenance, startups, and installation work
- Ensure that all service assignments are reported and invoiced
- Report quality deficiencies
- Be responsible for order, safety, and efficient management of your own spare parts inventory
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- High school or vocational education in electrical, mechanical, automotive technology, or a similar technical field
- Experience in service, installation, or maintenance of technical equipment/machines
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- Good computer skills
- Driving license B
