We are a private healthcare company consisting of four operations; rehabilitation, rehab center, general practitioner clinic, and occupational health. This position is based in our rehabilitation units. Our vision is to be a personal and seamless choice for health, care, and rehabilitation. Furuhöjden Rehabilitation is one of the largest providers of inpatient rehabilitation after acute care in Stockholm, with 44 care places. We have agreements with Region Stockholm for specialized rehabilitation after care in acute hospitals in orthopedics, thoracic surgery, general surgery, and neurology. We also have planned neurological rehabilitation.

About the Position

Furuhöjden is now seeking a staff member for an on-demand position who wants to work in cleaning and service within our rehabilitation operations. The tasks for the role of service staff are flexible and can be adapted according to needs, but the role primarily aims to relieve our clinical staff in the operation with general tasks such as assistance in the kitchen, helping with meal service from kitchen to room, making patients' beds, managing the laundry room, welcoming patients at the entrance, and being a helping hand to our patients.

The cleaning role primarily involves deep cleaning, daily cleaning, and making up patient rooms after discharge. Deep cleaning and daily cleaning include, among other things, wiping and cleaning all floors, dusting and disinfecting other surfaces, emptying trash bins, cleaning surfaces in bathrooms, and cleaning common areas in the facilities (for example, laundry room and offices).

In both roles, it is required that you, as a staff member, communicate with your colleagues, both in the departments and in administration, to plan the work together day by day.

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious, self-assured, and adaptable. You enjoy working with people and providing good service. Being driven, able to take initiative, and responsible for your work is of great importance for this role. As the role is divided between independent work and teamwork, you should thrive in both of these working styles. The role also requires that you can plan and drive your work forward, and that you are attentive and service-oriented towards colleagues and patients.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Conditions

This position is an on-demand employment, which means that in this role you will have the opportunity to cover shifts as they arise. Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekdays, and weekends. Fixed shifts rotating on weekends may be offered. We have a collective agreement through Almega/Vårdföretagarna and apply individual salary setting. We can employ you if you are at least 16 years old.
