We are looking for a person with several years of experience in leading kitchen operations. As Sous Chef at The Bishops Arms, you will be responsible for the daily operations and quality in the kitchen, assisting the head chef in creating the menu and continuously improving the dining experience for our guests.

The Bishops Arms is currently focusing on enhancing food quality and is keen on developing local ingredients and specialties. You will also be involved in creating beverage recommendations for the menu. Together with the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene regulations. You should enjoy working in service and, with your commitment and passion, contribute to strengthening our brand in the market.
