We are looking for someone who wants to help develop John Mattson with a focus on efficient management and satisfied customers. This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by us at Arena Personal, but will work on placement at John Mattson in Lidingö. The start date for the assignment is either July 21 or July 28.

The Position As a Property Technician, you will be part of an engaged management team, and together you will play an important role in creating comfort, security, and development in John Mattson's area in Lidingö. You will be the primary contact for tenants during their residency, and one of your most important tasks is to contribute to creating a safe and efficient living environment from move-in to move-out.

You are used to working independently, taking your own initiatives, and making your own decisions, but you also enjoy being part of a team and supporting your colleagues when needed. John Mattson offers you a varied job with both practical and administrative tasks where customer interaction and problem-solving are part of everyday life.

In this position, you will be part of the management department and report to the area manager. Main responsibilities include:

• Contact with tenants
• Receive, perform, and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Practically perform and plan for interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and conduct apartment inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
• Plan, order, and follow up on repair and ongoing maintenance services from framework contractors for interior maintenance.
• Perform systematic inspections and rounds of the properties.
• Actively propose suggestions for the maintenance plan for the properties.

Experience and Skills

• To thrive in the role of Property Technician, we see that you have relevant foundational skills in the form of a high school education and/or vocational training in a craft or service profession.
• You are generally handy and have a basic understanding of housing and how a property functions.
• You have the ability to plan and organize your work as efficiently as possible.
• You are computer literate and have an interest in digital development as administrative work is conducted digitally.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English are required as our tenants are both Swedish and international customers. Other language skills are a plus.
• Driver's license B
• It is an advantage if you have a certification in electrical, plumbing, or ventilation work.
