About the company Geocadia is a new Swedish company that is driving the first large-scale industrial investment in geothermal energy in Europe. About the role We are looking for several machine operators for deep drilling focused on geothermal energy. You will work in an experienced team where you handle drilling machines, are responsible for pipe feeding, welding, and casing installation. The work takes place in the field under varying ground conditions and involves significant responsibility for both safety and equipment on site. You are expected to have practical skills, good teamwork abilities, and a technical interest. Experience in deep drilling, especially in geothermal energy, is a merit.

Who are you?

We are looking for both those who have experience in deep drilling and those who are new to the industry but want to learn from the ground up. You are practical, enjoy working physically outdoors, and thrive in a team where safety, responsibility, and professional pride are in focus.

Whether you are senior with many drilling meters behind you or junior with the desire to develop, you will play an important role with us. As a new employee, you will be offered a place in our own drilling academy – a comprehensive introductory training that provides you with the right conditions to succeed and grow in the role.

The work is shift-based and involves travel to different workplaces, which requires you to be flexible and comfortable working in different locations for periods.

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who want to contribute to the future's sustainable energy supply.

To work with us, you need to have:

- A valid driver's license (B-category) or tractor license 

- Be at least 18 years old

It is a merit if you have:

- Certification for well drilling (class AB)

- Background in mechanics, contracting, mining, or oil industry

- Welding skills and experience working under pressure
