You will work in private homes with everything from recurring home cleaning to specific tasks such as move-out cleaning and window cleaning.

We focus heavily on continuity, safety, and customer interaction – always with quality at the center.

The tasks vary but may include:

• Home Cleaning – Regular cleaning in private homes.
• Move-out Cleaning – Thorough inspection of the entire residence before moving in/out.
• Window Cleaning – Cleaning windows in various types of homes.
• Shopping – Assisting customers with minor errands, such as shopping.
• Social Interaction – Being a positive and reassuring presence in the customer's daily life.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• B driver's license – You drive safely and are accustomed to navigating in traffic environments.
• Fluent Swedish – You master Swedish both in speech and writing and can communicate clearly.
• Social Skills – You are calm, attentive, and easily build trust.
• Experience in cleaning/facility management – You have previously worked with similar tasks.
• Digital Skills - You are digitally savvy and work comfortably with mobile phones and apps.
• Flexibility – You are flexible, meticulous, and responsible in your work and thrive in a daily routine where no day is the same.
• Social Competence – You are social, outgoing, and have a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Professional – You have a professional approach and good collaboration skills.
• Training as a cleaner – highly meritorious.
• Stress Resistance – You remain calm even in intense periods.
• Independence – You take responsibility and drive your work forward.
• Attention to Detail – You notice both the small things in the home and the important aspects of interaction.

Working Days: Monday – Friday.

Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00. The position includes a fixed daytime schedule.

Workplace: You will start from our office in Vallentuna, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute. The work takes place within Vallentuna municipality – therefore, it is important that you have good local knowledge or experience traveling by public transport.
