Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying and assessing opportunities to achieve process excellence.
- Define project requirements, scope, timelines, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, comprising internal and external resources, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting scope, schedules, or budgets as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and providing regular updates on project status and changes.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate project success.
- Analyze workflows, benchmark processes, and implement optimizations to improve the current Product Development process.
- Support training initiatives by preparing materials and delivering effective training sessions to relevant teams.
What you bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, or application/software vendor environments, with a strong focus on execution, planning, and development processes.
- A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of Product Development, from strategy to maintenance, across organizational functions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to navigating complex internal processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills, with a track record of building effective relationships.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, business requirement analysis, and project management tools, including PLM systems and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Miro.
- Experience conducting impactful project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively based on project needs.
- PMP certification is a plus.
