As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will be an important part of our customer center team, which aims to provide our customers with the best experience in the market.

About the role In the autumn of 2023, we launched our new customer center at the headquarters with a focus on increasing the number of transactions. Here, you will be part of the real estate support team, which supports our franchisees and agents throughout Sweden. You will belong to a team of customer advisors and real estate coordinators where you can help each other and collaborate. We are now looking for someone who wants to work part-time alongside their studies!
Your tasks will include:
- Managing administration related to real estate transactions
- Preparing materials for intake and valuation meetings as well as marketing properties
- Coordinating brokerage assignments through continuous contact with selling and buying customers
- Checking facts and data about properties and areas
- Developing plans and structures together with agents for each assignment
- Contacting potential customers to book meetings with our agents
You will report to our Customer Center Manager and work from our headquarters in central Stockholm. About 60 employees work at the headquarters, and we also sit together with our sister company Ordna Bolån, where about 40 colleagues work.
Your background
- You are a student with at least 18 months left of your studies. We see it as an extra merit if you are studying to become a real estate agent.
- Experience in administrative work and/or a role within customer center operations
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Meritorious if you have previously worked as a coordinator/real estate assistant
- Meritorious if you are studying to become a real estate agent
