What does the job entail?

• You will call our existing customers with the aim of strengthening the relationship proactively.
• You will have the opportunity to identify any new needs of the customer.
• You will be advisory and build trust.
• You will work in a structured manner and follow up in our system.

Who are you?

• If you have previous experience in customer contact, sales, or phone work, that is a plus – but we are happy to teach you!
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
