About the position

We are looking for someone who is engaged, structured, and has a burning interest in technology, vehicles, and leadership. As the operations manager at AlltiBil in Kungälv, you will have the opportunity to be the hub of our daily operations with a focus on customer service, business development, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our authorized Peugeot operations run smoothly and lead both the daily work in the workshop and showroom together with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for the workshop, service & parts
• Personnel responsibility with a focus on development and well-being in the team
• Ensure that the operations always meet the highest quality standards according to Peugeot's requirements
• Customer contacts, advice, and relationship building for long-term business
• Monitoring of routines, work environment, and budget goals
• Development and implementation of improvement measures and processes
• Collaboration with suppliers and handling of warranty and complaint cases

Qualifications – experience and personal attributes

• Documented experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a leading or coordinating role
• Post-secondary education in technology/vehicles, economics, leadership, or equivalent is an advantage
• Structured and responsible work style
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trust
• Communicative with good language skills in Swedish and English
• Good digital competence and experience working in business systems
• Driving license B
