Team Manager B2B Appointment Booking – Lead the way in our new organization!

Do you have experience in B2B sales and an interest in leadership? Do you want to take the next step and combine operational responsibility with building and driving a successful team? Then this is your chance!

As a Team Manager for our B2B Appointment Booking, you will play a key role in our new organization where you lead a sales team and are responsible for both results and personnel. You will be an important part of shaping the future B2B operations with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Personnel responsibility for a team of 10–12 people

Results responsibility and follow-up of goals

Operational customer contacts and responsibility for daily operations

Onboarding and ongoing training of employees

Setting up campaigns and systems

Staffing and scheduling

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE

Previous experience in B2B Appointment Booking/Sales

Interest in leadership and the ability to drive and engage others. Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not a requirement

Structured and solution-oriented work style
