Do you want to lead assembly work in an innovative technology company experiencing growth? On behalf of ISEC, we are now looking for an engaged and structured Team Leader / Lead Technician for their team in Helsingborg!

As a Team Leader at ISEC, you will be a key person in their operations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and be responsible for leading and organizing the daily work in production, and you will also participate in assembly yourself. You will ensure that products are assembled efficiently, with high quality, and delivered on time to customers. You will be the natural point of contact for the team in their daily work and actively contribute to improving ISEC's processes. This position is a working role within the collective agreement area and not an office role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with workplace and safety regulations
• Plan and organize production and resource needs
• Lead and supervise the assembly work to ensure it is done reliably and efficiently
• Drive improvement work within the assembly process
• Troubleshoot and solve assembly-related problems as they arise
• Provide feedback to other departments regarding assembly issues
• Support purchasing of materials and equipment
• Be responsible for maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality programs
• Organize training and onboarding for new employees
• Coach and mentor junior staff
• Hold presentations and share knowledge within the organization

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in production management or technical leadership
• Is technically interested and enjoys practical work
• Has a structured and solution-focused approach to work
• Thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and be proactive
• Is a team player with good communication skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
