Hemköp Sickla is a modern store in Sickla Galleria with 1700 m² filled with food joy, inspiration, and a wide range of products. We are passionate about providing our customers with the best service and are now looking for an engaged store employee. About the role

As a department manager at Hemköp Sickla, you will be part of a team of about five people. Together, we are responsible for the departments of groceries, bread, dairy, and frozen foods. You will be assigned one or more areas within these categories where you will be responsible for purchasing, display, and ensuring that the department meets the common goals set. You will also serve as a role model for other employees in our customer interactions.

Your profile To thrive in this role, we see that you have at least one year of experience working in a store and a passion for food and customer interactions. You are structured, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being alert, energetic, and able to work independently are important qualities.
