For our store on Kungsgatan in Stockholm, we are looking for:

DEPUTY STORE MANAGER - TEMPORARY POSITION

We are looking for a deputy store manager who wants to make a difference and who, together with the store manager, can lead and drive a strong team to good results.

Responsibilities

As a deputy store manager, in consultation with the store manager, you will optimize the store's operations. You will ensure that the set performance goals are achieved. Ensure that all employees act sales-oriented. And that all work is carried out based on our shared Core Values.

About You

You are driven by selling, developing, and creating results. You assist the store manager in building and developing the team to achieve common goals. You are a clear communicator and have the ability to coach, develop, and motivate your employees. You see the value in building and maintaining relationships. Our customers are the most important thing we have, so providing and conveying good service is natural for you.

Background and Competence

As a deputy store manager at Panduro, you should possess industry-specific qualities so that you can help the store manager run the store and deliver good results while motivating staff to provide customers with the absolute best service.
