About the Position
A global technology company that develops solutions for digital identity and secure communication is now seeking an inside sales representative to join the team. You will be part of a smaller sales team consisting of inside sales representatives, salespeople, partners, and business developers. In this role, you will have broad responsibilities and a significant opportunity to influence both customer experience and internal processes.
Your Future Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a central and varied function within the sales team, where you will work both operationally and strategically. You will be an important link between customers, salespeople, and internal functions. Your work will primarily revolve around three core areas:
- Lead management: Manage incoming leads from the web and marketing, qualify them, update in CRM, and distribute to the right salesperson.
- Renewals and administration: Follow up and coordinate the renewal of support agreements in close dialogue with the finance department and partner managers.
- Customer follow-up: Contact existing customers to check how they perceive the collaboration, create added value, and identify new business opportunities.
In addition to this, we also hope that you contribute to other administration in the form of documentation, administration, and improving internal routines and processes.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in administrative work within sales, customer service, or similar.
- Is accustomed to working in CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.
- Has experience from and enjoys a coordinating role with many contact points.

Additional Information
Start: as agreed, preferably as soon as possible.
Location: Stockholm.
Extent: full-time.
Employment type: consultancy assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
