As a machine operator with us, you will work in a varied and developing role where you handle machines in production. You will work in a two-shift system (day and evening), which means that flexibility and responsibility are important qualities.

You will be part of a team where you are responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring machines
• Performing quality controls
• Troubleshooting and addressing minor stoppages when necessary
• Following instructions and safety procedures

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a machine operator. You are technically minded, have a structured work approach, and enjoy taking responsibility. But most importantly – you have the right attitude! For us, your personality weighs heavily, so we would like you to be:

• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Independent but enjoy teamwork
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• Previous experience as a machine operator
• Driving license B and access to a car (due to shift work)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
