About the role:

The company manufactures premium products for wooden floors and is now looking for a dedicated operator for production. You will work with the manufacturing of the company's products according to a weekly plan where you add raw materials and monitor the processes. It is very important that you work carefully and in accordance with applicable instructions. This is a physical job that involves some lifting in certain tasks, so you must have the physical ability to handle that. You will also retrieve raw materials from the warehouse and deliver finished products using a forklift, thus a forklift license is a requirement for the position.

The position initially starts with a morning shift and working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but in the long run, you may be required to work two shifts where the evening shift hours are from 1:45 PM to 9:45 PM.

About you: We are looking for someone who is engaged, reliable, and willing to work hard. You are ready to pitch in when needed, you enjoy taking responsibility, and you understand the importance of careful and structured work. You are a team player who wants to contribute to the whole, but you also have no problem working independently. You have good communication skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

If you have previous experience working in SAP, it is an advantage.
