Poddhuset is now looking for an additional salesperson. You will be selling advertising in our podcasts Trygghetspodden and Sverigepodden.

You are a junior salesperson but have previous experience in sales. You are driven, can take your own initiatives, are goal-oriented, and have a very good ability to work independently.

To achieve a greater diversity among the sales team, we particularly welcome female applicants. Male applicants with the right qualifications are, of course, also welcome to apply.

Poddhuset has created a unique podcast concept - Reapods (Reality podcasts). This means that many episodes are made out “in the real world,” which provides a more lively and interesting content. Video trailers and images are also created alongside this. The same editorial work we offer, we also provide commercially to advertisers.

This unique way of working creates more marketing opportunities than in other podcasts. As a salesperson, you can offer customers the entire spectrum of possibilities available through our unique podcast concept.

The advertisers in Trygghetspodden are primarily companies and organizations within the security industry, IT security, as well as the defense industry. All three segments are insensitive to economic fluctuations and are currently experiencing very good times. It is likely to remain so for many years to come.

The advertisers in Sverigepodden are companies and organizations within, among other things, the tourism industry and retail.

Overall, our unique podcast concept and the economic strength of the potential customers create good opportunities for a very good income.

The compensation is entirely commission-based. Payment is made through invoicing, either if you have your own company or through an invoicing service.

You will initially primarily sell advertising in Trygghetspodden, but gradually also in Sverigepodden. Poddhuset will also be launching more podcasts in the future. Opportunities to work with these will also be available.

The position starts as a freelance assignment but can later transition into a permanent employment.

We are looking for someone who:

· is a very skilled salesperson.

· is very good at communicating both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

· is used to working towards sales targets and is driven by achieving them.

· is equally comfortable contacting customers via phone or email as having digital or physical meetings.

· has previously worked in sales.

· has good collaboration skills.

· can work independently.

It is a plus if, but not a requirement, you:

· have previously worked in advertising sales.

· have an interest in audio/video/image.

· usually listen to podcasts and/or watch a lot on YouTube, etc.

· are active in and have a good understanding of social media.

· have knowledge of search engine optimization.
