Your Daily Tasks as a Service Advisor Include:

• Taking bookings over the phone
• Providing advice
• Purchasing car parts
• Creating quotes
• Providing price proposals for various repairs
• Receiving customers in person
• Answering questions
• Acting as the intermediary between the customer and the workshop

Additionally, working in various systems is part of the daily work, so it is important that you have prior experience working in digital systems. The job is a full-time position, and working hours are during office hours.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Service Advisor, you have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist.
• A basic understanding of cars and their various parts.
• Good computer skills, preferably experience with different systems.
• A valid driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience working in the Kobra system.
